  • Adapt and develop venue to suit client needs and requirements

  • Expand its operations to provide additional competencies to clients

  • Strategies and strategic partnerships to offer a larger range of services

  • Implement strategies to make clients more "training ready" and "employment ready"

  • Should offer a wider range of training services and educational opportunities to clients

  • Will consider expanding its operations into other areas of demonstrated need

  • Continue to investigate further training and vocational options

  • Research industry employment requirements and develop strategies accordingly
